Annual Parish Council Meeting

This is similar to an AGM when a Chairman and Vice Chair are elected, the Council appoint representatives and the end of year accounts are discussed.

The regular business of the Council is also undertaken.  The meeting will start immediately after the Annual Parish meeting.
